Thank you for understanding that all sales are final. Once plants leave our care, we cannot guarantee their condition or handling. Additionally, to protect the health of our nursery and ensure the quality of plants for all our customers, we do not accept returns. Returned plants may introduce pests or diseases, jeopardizing our inventory and the plants we provide to other customers.
At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We appreciate your understanding.
When moving a 15 or 30-gallon pot tree, ensuring safe and secure transport is essential. We highly recommend using either a pickup truck or a trailer (U-Haul rents trailers starting at $20/day or by hours).
Many of our customers find that their SUVs are also suitable for transporting one to three 15-gallon pot trees without issue.
To further protect your tree during transit, use blankets or bed sheets to cushion the pot and prevent any damage. A pickup truck offers stability for the tree’s weight and size, while a trailer provides additional space and easier handling.
Whichever option you choose, prioritizing proper transportation methods will help ensure your tree arrives at its new location in optimal condition.
We specialize in providing quality plants, but currently we do not offer landscape design or project management services.
However, we're happy to offer general tips on plant care and selection. For detailed design assistance, we recommend consulting with a professional landscape designer.
